  2. Make sure you're signed into the same App Store/Google Play account used for the purchase
  3. Go to Settings > Restore Purchases

How does the Sound Mixer work?
Choose from 60+ soundscapes (rain, waves, campfire, white noise, brown noise, pink noise, and more). Layer up to 10 sounds at once and fine-tune each volume. Save your perfect combinations for quick access.

What are binaural beats?
Binaural beats are scientific brainwave frequencies designed to guide your mental state. Lullora offers 5 programs: Deep Sleep (delta waves), Light Sleep (theta), Relaxation (alpha), Focus (beta), and Power Nap (20-minute recharge). Use headphones for best results.

How does the Sleep Timer work?
Set your desired duration and sounds will fade naturally. Fall asleep to waves and wake to silence — peaceful transitions throughout the night.

How does the Gentle Alarm work?
Lullora gradually increases sound — like dawn breaking softly. Choose nature sounds, soft tones, or your saved mixes. No harsh buzzers.

Technical Issues

The app crashes or won't open
Try these steps:

  1. Make sure your device is updated to the latest OS version
  2. Close and restart the app
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the app (don't worry, purchases can be restored)

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Go to Settings > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same App Store/Google Play account.

The sounds stop playing when I lock my phone
Make sure background audio is enabled in your device settings. On iOS, check that Lullora is not restricted in Settings > General > Background App Refresh.

The sleep timer or gentle alarm doesn't work properly
Ensure Lullora has permission to run in the background and send notifications. Try restarting the app. If the issue persists, contact us with your device model and OS version.

I can't hear binaural beats
Binaural beats require headphones to work properly. Make sure you're using stereo headphones (not mono speakers). The effect is subtle — you'll feel it more than hear it.
