What is Air Mahjong?
Air Mahjong is a 3D mahjong solitaire game. Rotate tile structures floating above sky islands, match pairs of identical free tiles and climb 10 realms and 200 levels, with bosses, a manga story and two bonus modes (Sky Push and Ki Burst).

Which tiles can I pick?
A tile is free when nothing sits on top of it and at least one of its sides is open. Rotate the structure to find pairs on every face. Hints and shuffles are there if you get stuck.

Is Air Mahjong free?
Yes! Realms 1 to 3 (60 levels) and the daily bonus-mode challenges are free, supported by ads. Premium unlocks everything else.

What do I get with Premium?
A one-time purchase that unlocks all 10 realms (200 levels), removes all ads, and gives unlimited hints, shuffles and bonus-mode play.

How do I upgrade to Premium?
Tap "Unlock Everything" on the main menu or in Settings. The purchase is processed securely through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

I purchased Premium but still see ads
Try these steps:

  1. Restart the app
  2. Make sure you're signed into the same App Store/Google Play account used for the purchase
  3. Go to Settings > Restore Purchases

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Please contact:

Technical Issues

The app crashes or won't open
Try these steps:

  1. Make sure your device is updated to the latest OS version
  2. Close and restart the app
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the app (don't worry, purchases can be restored)

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Go to Settings > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same App Store/Google Play account.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?
Open Settings in the game and tap "Privacy Choices" (shown where required), or change tracking permissions in your device settings. See our Privacy Policy.

Does my progress sync between devices?
Progress is saved on your device. Premium can be restored on any device signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account.

The game is running slowly
Close other apps running in the background and restart your device.
