Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Air Mahjong ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Air Mahjong is a mobile mahjong game available in free and premium versions:

  • Free Version: Full game access with advertisements
  • Premium Version: Ad-free experience via in-app purchase

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Purchases and Payments

  • All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Prices are displayed in your local currency
  • All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law
  • Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google Play, as applicable

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Rogue Byte LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rogue Byte LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
